The alternate traction certainly seemed to help get a rather large calf out,which the beef suckler would of otherwise not been able to calf unassisted.
It's not a lightweight item and a bit of thought is needed to give yourself enough space.
It didn't fall off or slip which is a massive bonus,and worked well on a simme cross suckler.
